Our Oregon friends Yaquina Bay, sent us their newest single Cleanse, which will be on their upcoming fall album titled Past Lives. Along with this release they issue the following statement:
“We all undergo changes.
This song is a snapshot of the shift I underwent in the summer of 2014. A seemingly normal life blindsided by the nothingness of depression. Never had I been chronically unhappy. When I was young, I knew what I would become. I was a child full of confidence and pride. Ultimately, this song is me trying to come to terms with who I’ve become, and reconciling that with what I always thought I would be.” – Chris
